2012 is it

25th high school reunion next year. Don't want to be this big. Will change. Am changing. What's my goal? to weight less than 200 pounds by June 2013. Why? Here are my reasons:

1. I want to wear cute clothes in smaller sizes.
2. I don't feel good so much of the time, maybe losing weight would help that?
3. I am a lump on the couch too often.
4. I will be more active.
5. I want to shop in the good stores again.

We were out of town at Disney for a while and now we are back in the swing of things.

We went to Pro Health tody and I started off on the recumbent stepper - did my 1000 steps in a bit 0ver 10 minutes then I looked for a treadmill. None available. So, I dcided to keep moving and I sat down at a rowing machine and did 2 minutes worth until a treadmill opened up.

Then I did a mile on the treadmill in about 22 minutes and then did a few minute son the bike.

So, today we went to Pro-health for JOhnny's class and I started out on the recimbent stepper. I like it, it gets my arms and legs moving and warmed up. I did 10 minutes and 1000 steps then moved to the teadmill. I was able to go faster todat since I as warmed up and I spent most of the time cycling up between 3 and 3.3 I was so excited to go that fast. My heart rate went high, 143, and I slowed down, then cycled up again!

Somehow I weigh 287 today but I am thinking that if I ever have a BM I will weight aboit 10 pounds less!

July 16

My body was exhausted today and ached all over. We took Johnny to his first swiming lesson and he ended the lesson holding his ear from pain after diving down to pick up a ring. Scary, I forgot about his ear tube since he is new to the whole underwater thing.

No exercise today. No weight today. I feel lousy and wish I could go to the bathroom.

So today was Johnny's speed and agility class and David and I went upstairs to work out. We did treadmills - I did a 1 minute faster, 1 minute slower thing and did a mile then started cooling off because I was feeling sore in my calves. I also did some ab crunches on a few different machines and did some stretches. Then we headed down to the pool for 45 minutes of floating and playing.

Did a deep water aerobic class today and it was ok. Interesting to float.

Weight 282 at pro-health and 292 at home.

1 straight week of exercise. GO ME!!!
