I decided to do water aerobics today at 10:00 am. Johnny went with me to go to the kids area. I realized after 5 minutes how much of a full body workout I was getting. We did 30 minutes of non-stop full body cardio aerobics then 15 minutes of strength training with dumbells. Then 5 minutes of stretch. My arms are very heavy and sore. I know it is hard work and I will make it through and exercise tomorrow.
