We went to Pro-health today for the first time in a long time. I walked 4 laps around the indoor track with David and then we went on treadmills. I walked for 30 minutes at between a 2.5 to 3 incline and between 2.7 to 3.0 mph. It was a lot to do the first day back buut David was walking next to me so I get competitive. He burned a few more calories but I did a set of machines afterwords that he didn't do.
weight at Prohealth 288 weight at home 296 - I like the pro-health scale better
